Another permit filed in Flatbush

1719 Nostrand ave, will vanish and in it's place a 17 unit apt. building will be constructed. The YIMBY article pictures a laundry drop off, this is not correct, the correct property is the house just to the left. It is fully detatched and appears to be at least a 28 ft wide lot. 800k dollars for the space. Certainly looks like they are making a bee line for Flatbush junction.

It will have commercial space which will be nice, the worst is when it's all apts/condos that just feels so uninviting for a neighb.

It traded hands for $800k

That's a pretty impressive flip if you think about it, from march to august almost 200%, yowza this area is going to be on fire.

If you can't afford to buy and flip properties, it is a good time to buy an excavator.

Then, get lic'd by DOB and have nonstop income for the next several years.
