Anyone out there in the Financial Field?

I am wondering if someone can recommend a good financial head hunter. A friend of mine is interested in moving here from Florida and wants to continue working in the Commodities Exchange or start in on Investment Banking. I'm in PR so I have absolutely no idea how I can help.... except by reaching out to my fellow PH'ers. If anyone can offer me a drop of advice, I would really appreciate it.
