Crown Heights Renters Guide

Crown Heights "is a beautiful blend of beards, bards and bars, all within easy access to Manhattan."  Beards?!

Hipsters and hassids Both groups tend to the bearded side. 

Agree, but is that really what CH is "famous" for?  I mean, look at Williamsburg; they have hipsters and hassids as well...or is Williamsburg so yesterday?  Or are our beards just better kept, thereby, a "beautiful blend?"  Or maybe the beards in CH are just more approachable...
