Franklin Avenue vandalism

Someone hates planters. Or at least did last night.

I blame drunk people.

I estimate damages of $5.80.

The damage would have been much worse had this happened during planting season.

Hopefully the person will be sober by then.

Smh so stupid

The time and energy and hassle of clean-up for store owners/employees makes this more than just $5.80 in damages. This is also a crime. Quality of life crime, but a crime nonetheless.
