This seems like such a simple topic but I couldn't seem to find it in the search.

I'm an expectant mom and looking for a good pediatrician close to home.
Does anyone have a fantastic pediatrician in the Crown Heights neighborhood. We're on the eastern part of the area in 11213. But we're willing to travel a little.

Thanks!!

We go to Tribeca Pediatrics on Fulton, in Fort Greene. Love it.

Most of the "good" pediatricians are in Park Slope. There are some good pediatricians in Northern Park Slope on Eighth Avenue. Dr. Gordon (https://www.philippagordonmd.com/). Her former associate, Amy Glaser, http://www.slopepediatrics.com/ (yes, they are right next door, sort of Hatfield and Mackoy situation of sorts;)

There is also a Tricbeca Pediatrics in Park Slope, but it's all the way on 5th Avenue. 425 5th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11215 Phone:(718) 568-9220

Depending on where you live in CH, these places can be a 30 to 40 minute walk or a short subway ride and walk. The peds in North Slope can be reached via the 2 / 3 trains. Tribeca can be reached same way and then walking.

I LOVE Tribeca Pediatrics.  Cannot rave enough.  Dr. Cohen (the lead at Tribeca whose way of doctoring is followed by the other doctors) is great - very practical, down to Earth, and reasonable.

They have multiple locations -- Fort Greene isn't too far, and the Park Slope office is 1 block from the B61, B103, F/G/R trains.

Mom, Dad, and Baby Crownheightster schlep to Dr. Michael Raffinan near Wall Street. He's worth it. I did not have much luck with local pediayric doctors.

Magally Prosper is great - 1825 Foster Avenue - 718-421-9176. Easy to get to by train or by car.

If you don't want to travel far, you have Drs. Rosen and Gottesman on the corner of Eastern Parkway and Albany. They service most of lubavitch crown heights.

There's several good options in the 'Jewish' part of Crown Heights and all of them are definitely accepting of patients of all backgrounds only knock is if their over booked etc.

Not sure why this is just coming up again after almost two years, but I highly recommend Dr. Agbim and Dr. Okafor at Eastern Pediatrics, Eastern Parkway at Utica. They've been absolutely wonderful with our baby.
