    So noted.

It has been a while since I wrote about them.

My high school newspaper was called the "SultanPepa." I am pretty sure it has since been changed.

I sincerely hope a teacher has found a way to display historical copies of the newspaper, next to the Compaq Presarios.

I have a Presario at home. Don't use it but it still works and it's got the updated version of XP.

I am thinking of the Presario model 3060. I don't know if it could run XP.

I believe it was popular about the same time as I last typed Salt & Pepa.

Up until about 3 years ago I had an old Toshiba Satellite laptop with a 266Mhz pentium II. Cost me about $1200 when I bought it around in 1998. I expanded that to 4 MB ram and was running XP on that also. No WiFi but it did have a modem card.

I plan to visit the stoop sale this weekend. I hope to see such ancient computers.

If I get really lucky, I will see a Salt and Pepa recording on cassette tape.

Right, because as of now they're only doing commercials although I forget what for. Shows the kind of impression they made on me.  Sorry that I got rid of my Texas Instruments TI-99 that I bought from Toys 'R Us back in the 80s. You could have had real fun with that.
