Isn't it always nice when the flowers bloom on the trees, people flood the farmers market, the food truck rally, Prospect Park and Vanderbilt Ave...AND...those reckless idiots on ATVs do donuts in the middle of Grand Army Plaza - stopping traffic and menacing citizens. UNREAL.
