    •    Activate, mobilize and stabilize your back, abdominals, butt
          and breathing muscles

You will go home with the tools and techniques to keep your back feeling strong, supple and pain-free.

as well as those who care for them.

An experienced movement educator with over 15 years’ experience, Dinneen blends her knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology and holistic therapies to empower others to heal themselves.
