V.I.M. Store Closing

Sign has been in the window for about two weeks. Only the location on St. Johns bet. Schenectady and Utica. It's a one story building but it's about 50 ft. wide so I'm wondering if something is going to be built on that land as the store didn't seem to be doing poorly and I drive by there every day.
