Is this place open yet?    

Could someone please clue me in about where all these fancy nail salons are supposedly located? The only one I know of is Honey on Vanderbilt, near Park Pl. I'd love it if someone could inform me of a few other good nail spots in the Washington/Classon/Franklin zone...I haven't seen any. Thanks in advance.

Gorgeous. I will be paying a visit this week or next. I have been waiting for a nail spa like this! I only get a pedicure maybe twice a year, so I do like to splurge when I do.
