Another bar for Rogers near Union: Wild Whiskey Warthog

Rachel has discovered a bar is being constructed:

Locals, we are talking about the storefront with no awning.

It is literally next door to Branch Office, which is now located in the storefront to the left that used to feature the yellow awning:

However, nothing is yet on file with SLA for that address:

FYI, the SLA does not look kindly on summons for unlicensed operation when you have not yet applied.

It tends to make them question your adherence to the terms. 

I've been walking by this place for months, and have seen who I assume to be the owner in there (it's the same guy each time). It seems the renovation/build have been at a standstill for many months — semi-finished bar, empty shelves, strange seating, some TV's, etc. I haven't seen it in a week or two, but that's how it was at the beginning of June.

We may need to call Bar Rescue before this place even opens.
