Empty Lot on Union & Bedford?

Hi everyone,

I'm new to posting but have been reading the boards for awhile now. Nice to meet everyone!

Does anyone know the plans for the vacant lot on Union & Bedford, directly across from the new(ish) laundromat that may or may not have yet opened? I may be mistaken but haven't seen it mentioned before on here.
