What year is the last one from? 

It was taken by a resident of the Jewish Hospital complex, shortly after it opened.

So, approximately 2006.

I like that the 2006 picture gives us a glimpse of the late 1990s.

In the top right, you can see the second floor window opening has been fortified to the degree that one can't get in with a mere crow bar.
