Brooklyn Could Get A Medical Marijuana Dispensary

    I'm for it.

    ...we need to go about it in an orderly, thoughtful manner, but I think NYS can get to the legal use of marijuana for recreational use by 2017.

    By 2017?  I think we will get there, but I don't think it will be that soon.  They haven't even implemented the Medical Marijuana Program passed in 2014.  Also, the program is the strictest in the country.  I think that first the medical laws will have to be relaxed and there will then be a natural progression to legalizing recreational use.

    Once nearby states do it, and NYS sees the revenue that it is losing, we will get there.
