What buildings are these? I like the idea of several buildings that share communal areas like a pool and a gym.

I think they're Hello Living properties.  It is a cool idea.

Seems like they missed an important chance to call it Hello Brooklyn. Perhaps they declined in order to honor the memory of MCA.
