"There have been 161 murders... an 11% increase..."

I am not sure what to make of it.

Murders often know the people they are killed by, so I have decided that I am at low risk.

I'm waiting for a graduate student to do study that plots the inverse correlation between the amount of craft beer and coffee shops in a given city, AND crime.

It don't think it has much to do with our tall, utopian Mayor.

I don't either.  It can't be proven, but I think that if we had anyone else as mayor, the stats would be better, across the board.

If he committed crimes because he was mayor, you'd probably be able to prove that removing him lowered the crime rate.

The AG and FBI are presently having a great time seeing if crime in Albany goes down as result of removing politicians there. So far, they are merely having success proving that the politicians are criminals.

...sadly, the corrupt politicians tend to replenish themselves.
