PACC's
Homeowner Services Department provides workshops and counseling to walk
you through all the steps required for homeownership. Take our HUD
Certified First Time Homebuyer course and get on the right path for
owning and obtaining a home! The entire workshop series which includes
post workshop counseling and credit check is just $75 (discounted rate
for PACC Members).

Please visit our website which has the powerpoint that we showed at our last affordable housing seminar in conjunction with HPD and Downtown Brooklyn Partnership. The first 10-15 slides or so have a tentative summary of the buildings which include renderings. : )
