Just heard on the scanner that there was a confirmed building collapse on Tompkins and Fulton. Not known yet if there are people trapped inside. Address was given as 314 Bedford Place.

    Gothamist says one person has been injured. The building apparently is vacant. 

    A/C trains are bypassing Kingston/Throop Avenues.

    Trains now running in both directions at reduced speed. Fire dept. has informed MTA it's ok to resume service.
