As in micro brewery, with tastings and whatnot?

Indeed, a craft brewery. Scuttlebutt is that it's going to focus on lagers and other European-inspired offerings, but that may have changed. Might also be a brewery going into the other half of the Nassau Brewery complex on Bergen.

Possibly a beer garden in back...who knows, tons of build-out and community board nonsense to come.

Front section is wide open to the roof btw, 40 ft ceiling.

Which is key to a brewery, for sure.

I predict a year minimum, maybe two. Took Other Half and Threes forever to get open, partly due to bureaucracy.

Do you know anything about the owners?
    Do they have other establishments?
Have they decided what it will be named?

They have recent obtained a permit to install solar panels on the roof, so the site seems "active".

However, I don't see an open plumbing permit.  I would think a brewery would require a lot of plumbing.
