At present, the lot is vacant: https://www.google.com/maps/search/731+bergen+brooklyn/data=!4m2!2m1!4b1?hl=en

In about a year or so, it will look something like this:

"The two 40-foot-tall buildings have nearly identical plans. 733 Bergen will hold seven units spread across 10,546 square feet, producing an average apartment of 1,500 square feet. No. 731 will contain eight apartments and the same square footage, which means that units will be a slightly smaller 1,318 square feet each.

The development will undoubtedly become condos. And if Brookland’s pricing next door is any indication, these units will ask more than $1,300,000 a pop, or somewhere north of $1,000 per square foot."

For those who may not have observed the pattern:

PS 9 District = condos for families.

East of PS 9 district = rentals for singles; sharing an apartment.

I haven't exactly noticed that trend, but maybe I'm looking in the wrong places/blocks.

Do you know what is going on with the old church site on Bergen and Washington (I think New Victory was the church's name). There has been scaffolding there for a while and part of the building seems to be on its way down, but I can't tell for sure.

Ah, that one. If you figure out the street address, Brooklynian likely has a thread on it. I think demolition, then condos.

The Nasereth Annex has likely received offers as well. Brick one story building, no windows.

Construction has been stalled. However, a new design was recently revealed. https://newyorkyimby.com/2018/01/redesign-revealed-for-731-733-bergen-street-prospect-heights-brooklyn.html731-733-Bergen-Street-rendering-by-Bizdesigns-777x548
