7pm-8:15pm  Pranayama (Breath Practice) and Gentle Flow Yoga class
8:30pm Short film & Organic Popcaorn: The White Hawk Foundation, saving the rain forest in the Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica

last night I kept coughing repeatedly and it kept me awake (this likely because I had been screaming encouragement to my local high school soccer team here in St Paul, MN earlier in the day) ~

then I remembered to do my Shankh mudra:

Minutes later, I stopped coughing and my throat felt much better.  This along with some pranayama breathing put me back to sleep.
