Fall Fundraiser for the Kids at PS9
Fun for the whole family!

This year’s carnival will feature 5 Bouncy Houses (including 1 for toddlers), face painting, carnival games, raffle, and a huge outdoor dance party! There will be BBQ, drinks, popcorn and other snacks for all to enjoy.

When: Saturday, September 26th 11am – 5pm

Where: PS9 Playground – 80 Underhill Avenue, Brooklyn, NY (Prospect Heights)

How do I get there?

Q to 7th Avenue
2/3 to Grand Army Plaza
C to Clinton/ Washington and walk across Atlantic Avenue

What are the entry fees?

$5 per adult
$2 per child (Children under 2 Free) – Each child ticket is good for 1 free bounce!

What are the ticket prices?

Tickets for Bounce Houses (1 Ticket), Carnival Games (1 Ticket) and Food (Varies):

1 Ticket – $2
6 Tickets – $10
12 Tickets – $20
All-Day Bounce Bracelet – $35 (covers unlimited bounce house entry only)

Cash, Visa and MasterCard

    well 2yrs ago the PTO minutes report that the Carnival "grossed approximately
    $16,000"

    I think they have added bouncy houses since then.

    Yeah that's true, but gives you an order of magnitude. But doesn't answer the question of what the rough net proceeds are (I guess subtract (# of bouncy houses)*(going daily rate for a bouncy house)? But also food costs..

    Unfortunately I never went to one of the PTO mtgs--not sure how transparent they are with their financials.

    I would be interested in seeing if there are diminishing returns after -say- 5 bouncy houses, culminating in a break even at 7.

    ...for a total profit of $30k?
