Fancy market coming to 600 Nostrand (near Pacific)

Prior store being gutted, facade already installed.

Permits issued to Young Hyum Kim on 9/30/2015.

How do you know it is going to be "fancy?"

Fancy is a relative term.

In this instance, I reached the conclusion that it would be fancy as a result of:
1. Seeing trash in the dumpster that prior Nostrand Ave proprieters may have deemed usable.

2. A new, glass storefront that indicated central air was going to used, as opposed to the A/C over the door method.

3. A brief conversation with a worker at the asian restaurant next door, who told me that they had no affiliation with the place, but it was going to be upscale.

...I didn't ask them whether the proprietor was going to be Asian, but my theory is that this will be an upscale Korean run place. Something like Broccoli Farm on Franklin and Pacific.

I've been told that an awning has just been installed on this site:

Blueberry Farm.

From the awning, we can see that they plan to display vegetables and/or flowers outside on the sidewalk

hurray! what this section of nosrand really needs!

From the ads, we can see they will stock craft beer, cheese and veggies.

How pretty!

Reportedly will open by Nov 20th.

@whynot_31 Yes it has. 24 hours! Well stocked. Looks a lot like Broccoli Farm. Same stuff, a bit smaller.
