Franklin Ave seems to indicate "yes"

So *that's* why I saw officers directing traffic this morning (in addition to the half-marathon). I saw one stationed at Bedford and Sullivan and then at Franklin and Sullivan.

I actually just passed the parade as I was coming down Franklin Avenue. (I had just gotten off the subway and I had no idea this was going on today.)
