New Nostrand Ave Wine Store

Saw the 549 Nostrand space, between Atlantic and Herkimer, being built out with wooden wine bottle holders and other general fanciness. Exciting!

Nostrand between Atlantic and Fulton may flip even quicker than the section between Atlantic and EP.

I dunno. It is a shorter stretch of blocks, but closer to the craziness of Fulton Street and the Men's Shelter. It always seems more hectic. There are a few upscale businesses in that area, but they are NORTH of Fulton, kind of on Nostrand between Halsey and Fulton (Le Paris Dakkar, peace and RIOT, Breuekelen Cellars, Ms. Dahilia's Cafe, etc). 

I don't think we will see fancy places.

Perhaps just a lot of small, mid level places: Subway, a Dunkin Donuts, some coffee places, etc.
