New restaurant @ 767 Nostrand Avenue

I was walking up Nostrand this morning and saw the gate up, and many people working the space at 767 Nostrand Ave. There were large metal ducts outside when I first walked by that I assume were being installed.

I decided to swing by again a few hours later to take some photos, but the gate was up so I just took this one photo. I asked someone working if they knew what would be going in here and he said "a restaurant".

I was told that the vegetarian restaurant across the street is moving in.

Readers, we are talking about a storefront located on Nostrand near Lincoln.
