Brightly colored retail space available (by Thor Equities) on Atlantic Ave - still vacant 2+ years?

Every time I'm on Atlantic on my way to Betty for their amazing valrhona chocolate cake, I see the 4 brightly painted buildings on the north side of the street between 3rd and 4th Aves still not rented or occupied after at least 2 years (might be closer to 3). Last time I did see a delivery guy coming out of one, but it didn't seem like there was anything going on in the building. Anybody happen to know what the deal is (or isn't)?
