McDonald's at church Ave and no strand for rent

Walked by today an noticed the McDonald's at church and no strand is up for rent. Nice historic building, but needs tlc. will it be brooklyns next trader joes?? Or another dollar junction?

oh shiiiit! that's scary. scary because old bank buildings are dropping like flies. trader joes would be amazing but a sad sad pipe dream u_u

That building used to be a branch of the now defunct Lincoln Savings Bank. I wonder if the Mickey D's is up for rent or the offices above it.
