Fatal crash involving a pedestrian, Grant and Atlantic, Monday 11/16/2015, approx 1:30 PM

"BROOKLYN — An elderly female pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle on Atlantic Avenue Monday afternoon, according to the FDNY.

The woman, who was about 70 years old, was at Atlantic and Grant avenues when she hit at about 1:24 p.m., officials said.

The driver remained at the scene and there were no immediate arrests, an NYPD spokesman said. 

The investigation is ongoing."

Update:   The typo was by NYC Alerts.   The accident happened at Atlantic and Grant, which is out in Cypress Hills.   

The accidents was not in Clinton Hill, as reported by DNAinfo.
