Mugging/Beating Friday, Nov 20, Park Place/ Hampton Place

Could possibly be a hate crime as well given the degree in which he was beaten and the fact that they didn't really bother taking all his belongings (just money from the wallet it seems).

Hampton Place is one of those tiny streets.

This is surprising. It's a quiet block, lots of brownstones. I have a client whose building I insure on that street. My office is only a block and a half from there.
