    I love the top mailbox, or at least the one behind it.  It picks up at 1 PM on Saturdays, which is great for mornings when you wake up and realize that that you forgot to mail out the rent check and it'll be late if you send it in on Monday.  Paint is cool too, depending on how you use it.
