Shot on Ocean

My friend, who lives just south of Church on Ocean said she came home just now to a scene in front of the nearby liquor store.  I guess someone had been shot?  She just moved in and is a bit freaked...

Looks like there have been three shootings in Bk in the last 2 hours. I wonder if they're related.
