1351 St Johns Pl (near Schnectady) has become a pizza place: Brooklyn Pizzeria

It seems to have opened in January.    Prior to this, it was a hair salon (edit:  NEXT TO Hair salon)

The hair salon is still there. The pizzeria is next to it where the roll down gates are. No seating, take out only. They were first looking at the store next to my office but decided on that location. I know the agent who rented it to them and the rent is a few hundred dollars less than in the building that I'm in.

That space is tiny.    Is the pizza any good?

Haven't tried it but I do see people walking by my office with their boxes. And yes, I think it's less than 250 sq ft which is why there's no seating. From what I recall, the rent is about $1000/mo. So for that location they have themselves quite a bargain.
