Bodega on Franklin/Lincoln closed, what's next?

I was surprised to see this bodega closed suddenly, I think as of last week.  Anyone know the reason or what's next?

When I looked in yesterday, they seemed to be pouring concrete floors.

They have already upgraded the storefront to glass.

...fridges were still in place.

They are doing a big renovation. Same owner, new vision.

792 Franklin. They appear pretty far along

Oh dear God. It looks like the Price Is Right.

I hadn't thought of it that way, but -yes- it does sort of.
