Porta Potties on EP

@whynot_31, any idea why hundreds of portapotties are lining the south side of EP from Franklin Ave till the Meusuem?

One of the most bizarre sights I've seen around here.

the brooklyn half marathon is on saturday. happens every year. ...needless to say, 25,000 runners tend to need a hundred porta potties before their run
