Soon to be a 12 unit, 6 story building.

The shuttle does not run really often, and is only 4 cars long.

I used to live right above the shuttle tracks and honestly it's really not bad at all.  I stopped even noticing at a certain point.  Just as it starts to get loud, the train has already passed.  

To be honest, that would be my greatest concern...the train just as it starts to get loud. Even if it only lasts for a few seconds or so, I'd be concerned that such noise would wake me up too frequently throughout the night.
