Modell's coming to Eastern Parkway in former Banco Popular bank

Awesome location for a Modell's.    1117 Eastern Parkway

I look forward to this and hope they do something decent with the interior of the building. It had a very neglected feeling over the past 10 years or so. I remember it being really nice --- and busy --- years ago, when I was a child. In any case, I will be able to walk there in 5 minutes.

A lot of people seem psych'd.
