I love the Atlantic Antic. I think it's the best street fair in the city. 

They somehow keep the sock sellers out.

LOL.

I love the diversity of vendors at the fair. It's not like there are a half-dozen selling mozzzarepas, etc (not that mozzarepas are a bad thing). 

It's notable that this is the only time of year that Sahadi's is open on a Sunday. It's also notable that the old-school buses come out of mothballs.

Because the avenue is so wide, it rarely becomes so packed that people can no longer move.

Some restaurants even get permits to create outdoor eating and drinking areas on the pavement.
