New Comic Book Shop in Crown Heights?

Please, oh please, oh please, oh please let this be true. 

It makes no sense to open anywhere other than Franklin Ave or right off of Franklin Ave. Anywhere else will be a waste of time.

Also, imho I really don't know how they still do it. Low margins in print , and not to mention they are undercut by subscibion prices from Marvel, DC, Amazon, etc. These guys get props from me along with record shops, and video stores.

They can sometimes offer special collectors editions (and other special sevices to collectors) that may not be available online.
