A Japanese coffee shop near Nostrand and Bergen

This small shop has been under construction for a little while, and I wonder if it is the one @tsarina has heard is going to be a Japanese coffee shop.

BTW, how is a Japanese coffee shop different than a regular one?

The Japanese cafe is around the corner on Bergen. This corner store will be an office.

Walked by last night. There's an awning up that with the name, "Cafe Cotton Bean".

I desperately want this..when will it open!
