I have mostly been watching 1 story structures to "see them fall and then rise".   It seems two story structures on large lots near people with lots of disposable income are also at risk.

As a result of having only 13 units in 14,175 sq ft of residential space, these units will be almost 1100 sq ft a piece. I smell 2 bedroom, well appointed condos. Roughly two per floor on floors 2 - 8, with a community space on the ground floor.
