FANTASTIC UPDATE! I just called Winot to see how doggie is doing and they had already taken her to the vet, had her scanned, and YAY....SHE HAD A REGISTERED MICROCHIP AND SHE WENT HOME TO HER OWNERS! YAY! YET ANOTHER PERFECT EXAMPLE OF WHY MICROCHIPPING AND REGISTERING ARE SO IMPORTANT! SO HAPPY FOR THIS PUP!

As S.O.S. keeps a count on how many days it's been since there was a shooting in the area we should keep a count on how many days it's been since the last lost pet report because there are sure a lot of stupid pet owners who can't seem to keep an eye on their animals. And yes, I owned a dog a long time ago. Had him for 12 years until he died and never lost him so I know what I'm talking about.
