A Bar Finally Opens near King's Theater

I was expecting there to be like 5 of these by now, but there's finally one, on Flatbush and the corner of Duryea. and it's a tattoo themed (?) bar. formerly just a tattoo parlor, i don't quite understand if it's now literally both? is that even legal?

has anyone been? i just walked by it during the daytime when it was closed and noticed the signage.

I also can't believe how long it took for a place to open!  Haven't been but friends said it costs more than it should for the weird vibe and that the bar can't figure out what kind of place it is.  Hopefully it figures itself out.  We definitely need some bars in the area...walking nearly a mile to Bar Chord, etc. is not great post-concert.
