Pretty big announcement here!  Can we speculate what these properties that will be turned into 3,000 units of affordable housing are?

How much of an overlap is there between that funding stream and this one?

What properties are state-owned?

Downstate Hospital?

Isn't Downstate one of the largest employers in the area?

I would believe Cuomo more if he identified where he was going to get the funds.

Is he going to cut spending in other areas?

Is he going to raise taxes?

Does he have the approval of the legislature?

Seems like empty promises until then.
