Fire trucks and sirens

Does anyone know what's going on? I've been hearing sirens and fire trucks for 10 minutes straight.

I hear helicoptors too now. You're sure it's a fire alarm? It's bizarre to hear sirens for so long...I think it's been about 30 minutes.

Am I sure what you were hearing was related to the fire in ENY?    Nope, but news copters love night fires.

And, FDNY recently lost a member and might be using an abundance of caution and resources.
