Bike by it everyday. Here are my predictions based on the sign: This is not going to be either super authentic or super hip. It will be a lob toward the middle, with fresh ingredients blah blah blah, but also familiar options. Also, I think there'll be enlarged photograph of the brooklyn bridge inside. Here's my prediction based on the location: This place is going to be a curiosity you pass by when you're not hungry for a while. Chuko thrives on this sad corner because their reputation precedes them. This is an awkward walk to commit to for a slice. Here's my prediction for the future: This place will survive off of the new tenants across the street, when the Vanderbilt tower finally populates. They might even want to consult nearby chinese take-outs for topping ideas.

Pineapple pizza seems likely.
