This block of storefronts feels cursed. How many businesses have already gone through, with that shoe store the latest closing (though he seemed to do more online so maybe he voluntarily left). And the corner space that never became a restaurant. RIP: La vagina coffee, Dry cleaners, African clothing store ,Antiques store,Shoe store , Ice cream shop Am I missing something? Maybe the landlords are nightmares
