Saw a restaurant going in on Nostrand - called "Nostrand Station" - near Lincoln. Any one have any info?

Lots of permits are on file with DOB for the site (822 Nostrand shares the 818 Nostrand address) http://a810-bisweb.nyc.gov/bisweb/JobsQueryByNumberServlet?requestid=2&passjobnumber=340494174&passdocnumber=01 The permits were taken out by the owner of the building, and renovation costs are estimated to be in the $200k range. ...so, yup, something big is in the works. Work was approved in August.

I heard a rumor that this is from the same owner as the former 739 Franklin Bar and Lounge which closed back in July of 2016. The name similarity seems to support this.
