Revamped rentals at 736 Washington Avenue?

The netting is down. After more than a decade boarded up, it looks like 736 Washington is heading to the rental market soon. Anyone know what they're asking, whether it's stabilized (can't imagine it will be), or anything else of interest? Interesting that they didn't put retail storefront space on the ground floor facing the street, I thought. Most places seem to put in retail.
