    The combined lot will have frontage on 3 streets: Franklin: Screen Shot 2018-01-06 at 11.37.34 AM Prospect Place: Screen Shot 2018-01-06 at 11.38.39 AM and this parking lot on Park Place Screen Shot 2018-01-06 at 11.41.02 AM
